Krys Brown is an ALA Certified Lighting Associate bringing experience and innovation to commercial and residential properties in Idaho. He is passionate about bringing your vision to life with groundbreaking designs and state-of-the-art fixtures, which Layered Lighting Design can also program and service with precision and proficiency. This is a rare lighting experience that has never before been offered in Idaho. There is no disconnect between lighting design, fixture acquisition, programming, and client communication. He works to bring your vision to light in the way you initially intended, from inception to completion and beyond. In addition to his ALA Lighting Certification, Krys is also certified in programming Lutron’s Ketra brand and distributing both Ivalo and Ketra fixtures that may support aspects of a healthy lifestyle. With Krys and Layered Lighting Design, you can expect a hands-on team of experienced lighting experts that act as your touch point for architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and clients.

Pete Hull is in charge of many (if not all) Layered Lighting Design projects, and expertly prioritizes tasks and resources. He's been in the industry for 25+ years and knows a thing or two about lighting and integration. Layered Lighting Design would definitely not be the same without our incredible Co-Owner Pete.
Ryan Marley

Ryan Marley specializes in projects of all scales, thinking of innovative ideas and the how-to's of getting everything from step 1 to that handshake hand-off on the last day. He's the glue that holds things together and he is your go-to for any crazy ideas. If he can't figure it out, it's probably not possible.
Ben Davidson

Ben is the guy that takes all the heat for orders being late and does all the heavy lifting when push comes to shove. He keeps us in line and keeps things moving along. He's always there to lend a helpful hand on the job-site or ready to jump on orders and give a rep or two the what-for. He's amazing at what he does and he sure does a lot.

Mark "Rack man" Deshaw started his career in the Automotive industry where he found his true passion for audio. He shortly thereafter moved into the luxury A/V market working on mega-yachts and mansions. He's made it his top priority to have every equipment rack and job-site he works on top notch and done perfectly.

"Mikey" is beyond hard working and one of the smartest people we've met. He can build, assemble, program, give directions on, and a friendly face to give a handshake to at the end of the day. With 6 years experience in the industry and just in his mid-twenties we're extremely eager to watch and help him grow in the industry.
